Make sure you navigate logically

(…) Users can move forward and backward, explore the site and always be sure that they will not lose the thread.” So: To prevent your online shop or website from becoming an inescapable labyrinth for the user, declare war on chaotic page navigation! Well-thought-out navigation takes the user by the hand, so to speak, and brings them safely to their destination without going astray.
